That'd be hard to put into the rules. The way it is now, you can
be (A) Really, really good at one discipline, (B) Good at one discipline
and okay at another few, or (C) passable at all of them. Of course,
there are many and varied degrees of B, but you get the idea.
I agree that the above makes sense -- I just don't see how it can
be added to the rules without seeming extremely contrived.
