IMHO, level of meta-abilities is going to add just another bookkeeping
dimension to things and make things even more difficult and rules-bound.
There's a LOT of numbers in the game, adding in a dozen or so more for
somethinge FEW people are going to get is a potential nightmare. Use
Psionic Projection (skill) as the answer.

We haven't really discussed the issues relating to psionic TK and
telepathy.

Force can also represent the effectiveness of the "antenna" on the
entity, extending range.

What about using Willpower^3 km? (willpower of the psi).

Point taken. We'll use astral speeds when not manifested.

I'll fix it. They can be whonked as normal from astral.

Being a being of thought, they exist astrally as well.

Well, magical weapons extend beyond the physical dimension, and can
effect entities.

I know. Comments are appreciated.

Probably.

There are no limitations on watcher, and comparable limitations on
elementals or spirits, and you don't have to allocate dice. As written,
the penalties are comparable to mages.
