To be honest, I agree with Sean. Implosion is kind of like a nuclear bomb --
actually, I'd have to say it's worse, according to the above rules. Rewrite
the sucker, but take a gaze at the paranormal (mostly spirit) ability of
Engulf. I had a chance to eyeball it this morning, and it would seem that
the circumstances would coincide, at least partially.
And I wouldn't say molecular, I'd say cellular. Remember, if you're working on
the molecular level, you're not far from squishing atoms together -- and the
mana would _really_ like you creating a fusion reaction, wouldn't it??
