J.D. told me earlier that the necessary six votes had been cast to force
the withdrawl of Implosion from the submission list.

For whatever it may be worth, after reading the spell's information
again, I too vote to force its removal. It simply causes too much
detruction, to a much too great range of possible targets, with little in
the way of drawbacks. And as for modifying the SR system to force drain
resistance every round the spell's sustained, it just seems like the wrong
way to make a caster seriously consider the side effects before casting.
