Perhaps it's an "underground" society (the "dragon watcher's club"
that
is) that is studying dragons secretly. Not having any centralized
headquarters, the dragons can only get a few of them at a time... :)
(Y'know...I've got a character that would be perfect for that.)
I'll bet Dunkelzahn would have no problem with getting royalties off of
Dunkelzahn Action Figures (lunchboxes, t-shirts...perhaps even a cartoon
series...). Money is money, as Confucious said...
