I'd be interested in working on the Fixer aspect of this.. I like making
up rules, and this seems like a field that's wide open. >8->

Say, Gurth, now that there's a new project heating up, might this be a good
time to overview the "how to register and submit a NERPS piece" rules for
those of us who don't know them?

This should be fun...
