I have my own lists of chance encouters I use (using the old percental
roll) for occurances on the street for chance encounters which include such
occurances as a street sam (somebody you don't know) freaks out at zero
essence and starts doing crazy stuff in a restraunt, or you are an innocent
bystander in someone elses SR, to accidentally walking through the crowd in
a crowd shot for the local news. If anyone is intersted in these I can post
it to the list or we could work on a new list of chance encounters. (I roll
for these every 15 minutes of game time that I am bored or they are
traveling in an area that would attract weird encounters) Encounters are
only on 8's during the day and 6 at night using one die, so the chances are
that you would only having an event happen once in a while.
