Yes, it was Shadowplay by Nigel Findly. The taps they described in there though
were non-invasive taps though. Like, you wrap some special electromagnetic
photon-laser-jelly-doughnut detector on the line, read/edit the data and
remove it without any trace that you were there. THAT IS scarey ;)
This tap just sits in the line, but you must break/interrupt the line to install
it.
