Ah, okay...that makes sense, then. Actually, I know that such
things already exist today, but are unreliable at best.
I don't remember -- did you have anything in there about how hard
it would be to install one? I'd think it would take a goodly number
successes in an Electronics/Build & Repair/Fiber Optics test to do it
fast enough to be undetected.
Actually, it /would/ be detected -- but if the downtime is short
enough then it'll be ignored.
