I had come to understand that J.D. had found a new home (although it might
be temporary) for the lists, including NERPS.

Well, although it wasn't me, I have been planning to do some research into
modern-day gangs for this project... That is, if the local library has
anything on the subject (probably not -- that library sucks :( ) or if I
can find something on the WWW (URLs welcomed :)
