I'm not so sure...simple ENHANCEMENT, i.e. "enhancing" an already existing sence
or neural/biological process, would be fairly straight forward...adding more
rods (or cones, I forget which one deals with low light levels), or installing
more effective versions of those that already exist wouldn't be too difficult.
However, I maintain that trying to introduce an ENTIRELY NEW SENSE, which
Sonar/Ultrasound is, would be very difficult...
