Thanks for the ideas, I'll keep them in mind for future books. At the
moment, we're trying to get Underworld finished :)

If it will deal mainly with street-level stuff and not so much
high-and-mighty corps and magic, it may be a good submission for
Underworld. If not, save it for the world book that's next on the Things
To Do list.

A nice idea, but one that will hardly fit in with the current project, if
you ask me.

You are about 2 months too late with this :) I think you should take a
look at Paolo's page, go to the NERPS section, and download NERPS: Edge
Runners. That has lots of peoples' characters in it, for GMs to use as
NPCs in their campaigns.
