Probably because FASA just doesn't have the staff to do it properly.

Team Karma isn't "missing", it's gone (Thankfully). A Third Edition Erratta
is due out soon.

Because it was deemed "Advanced" and will go in Magic in the Shadows, due
out in December.
By the way, your reply-to is over-riding the list -- please check your
email clients options and replace your reply-to field with a blank entry.
They don't serve any useful purpose, but they mess with Listserv..
