A prepared explosive charge designed to blow in locked or otherwise
un-openable windows.
It will blast through up to 2 cm of steel,. Requires 6 seconds to
emplace, and the fuse can be set for up to 30 seconds.
The frame comes with "sticky packs", basically super-glue patches that
bond in 1 second. The glue will adher to any substance.
The charge is automatically tamped, and presents no bacl-blast
