I'd say that this is one of the binding factors between the CAS and the
UCAS. The fact that they would have to share information and possibly
resources to have an effective Federal Buraeu (sp) makes
it difficult for them not to. As for the CIA, I suppose it has been broken
up between the two states. I would expect that a high level of
co-operation in mutual problems would exist.
