Seems to have worked in the opposite though. Virginia and it's FBI, CIA,
and Marine training facilities is now in CAS. The old USA gov. may or may
not have cleaned them out before the secesion. If not then the CAS intel
assets may be better then what the UCAS was able to maintain. Add Bernlads
comments about DEA, ATF, etc and Cas almost cefinately has better intel
assets then UCAS, maybe even better then any other in NA.
