I find it hard to believe that an organisation as paranoid as the Agency has
not developed a ton a magical talent. Being able to train people and recruit
from colleges that teach thaumaturgy, I am certain they must have a magical
arsenal. With enough money throw at people, mages will come.
Also, they could not afford to ignore magic, as it would be involved in many
cases. A mage agent would be very valuable in the field, both in combat and
investigations (astral spies anyone?)
