I seem to recal hearing about concentrated acids in a paste form. They
could definitely be used for a little quiet demolition work. It would not
be as quick as your typical methods, but then again you don't have a loud
explosion to alert security.

Or how about white phosphorus in a flamable jel. Once the jel starts to
break down the phosphorus lights up. Extrapelating from the grenade and
plastic explosive stats the white phosphorus would be a rating 8 or 9. It
might not immediately burn through, but it will after a few turns.
