No, it isn't. I want the NAGTTW to stick as close as possible to what we
_know_ from FASA sources. Skimmin through Bruce's post now, the bit about
Madagascar for example needs to be completely rewritten. Bruce, I suggest
you get hold of Cyberpirates, read at least the chapters dealing with
Africa, and reconsider your entire article...
