Meine Kameraden:

As the second summer session has drawn to a successful conclusion,
I shall be departing for home for a very brief -- VERY brief -- respite
from the concerns of academia previous to the initiation of the Autumn
Term here at Texas A & M. Presently, my schedule has designated that I
take my leave of the University on this coming Saturday, 13 August.

Furthermore, until my embarking on my trek, my Internet presence
shall be intermittent at best, as the lounges in my residence have been
locked for the interim period, thus necessitating that I visit to one of
the local computer laboratories. Consequently, execution of administrative
duties shall be conducted in a slightly less timely fashion that I would
prefer, but this is unavoidable.

It is presently my intention for the date of my arrival back to be
in the neighborhood of 25 August, slightly less than two weeks' time. Until
the occasion of my return and resumption of my responsibilities, all
administrative concerns should naturally be addressed to Our Fearless Leader.

Although, as mentioned earlier, I shall remain active for a few
days yet, this is my official farewell.
