I don't mean to be terrible or anything, but there are people who post
to this group that don't have English as their first language. Also, the ages
of the people vary considerably. I'm taking Japanese, and I couldn't spell
half of the things I can say in Japanese. (English is my first language by
the way.)
I'm usually able to let poor grammar go. (Considering all of the
"fraggin" and "drek" that get's used in alot of posts. Is
"fraggin" a word?
Is it a participle? Where is the g at the end of the word. I could
understand "fragging."
Also, as for "ONE SPACE", in most High-School typing classes, two
spaces are taught for following a period and one for a comma. Now, you will
notice that after all of my periods, I put two spaces. In the business
industry, when you present a report, if there is only one space following a
period, whoever is reading it is bound to think it is a comma, which makes
things hard to read.
Also, some of us don't have the luxury of SPRY's AIR Series or
Internet-In-A-Box Windows based mail reader/editor which is really easy to
use. Some of us are still using UNIX based text editors like VI (although, I
prefer EMACS). I am willing to allow for a few mistakes in typing just
because it's a bitch to go back and make sure everything is correct.

My two cents.
Brad

By the way: there are two spaces, not one, after a period, according to the
MLA, and I trust them.

*grin* Frag. Now there is a word.
Really. It's a verb/slang coined in
Viet Nam. It usually meant the killing
of a senior officer by tossing a fragmentation
grenade into his tent while he was off duty.
Therefore "Fragger" is an adjective. Probably
meaning roughly, one who frags. But enought with
the english lesson *grin* I don't think anyone
fragging cares about it.

P.S. Phelan, thank you for dragging me kicking and screaming
into this little debate. *sigh* *grin*

P.P.S. If you did not realise this, this letter was intended to
produce humor, albeit a poor attempt.
