Common Posting Errors

ok folks - people are getting rather lax when they put their name in.

it should goes as follows

-- Name <Time/Date>
Corp Stuff
Here

thats
1. Eight Spaces or a <TAB>
2. two dashes (--)
3. Space
4. Name
5. Space
6. a less than sign (<)
7. Date/Time or Special (if you really must
8. Greater than sign (>)
9. Then all the corp stuff under the name


common errors

1. Too many spaces (like 10)
2. Too few spaces (like 4-6)
3. Not enough dashes (like 1)
4. () instead of <>

Where you can get away with stuff
the single spaces can be double if you like

Where you watch
1. The 8!! spaces
2. The 2!! dashes


Its nice if you can run down the page an all name entries line up.
