Now that I've seen Hackers (pretty good movie)

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that it had a few similarities to Rob's
Core Wars / Monica plot?

Nasty virus construct. Gathering loads of deckers to run intereference and
a few prime deckers to stop the bad guy.

I doubt there is any relation - after all - there are a lot more differences
than similarities. But it has taken a while for something like this to come to
the main stream.


Also - how do you folks like the 'site "period" address "period"
here
"period"' part. they had to simply it for the non-computer literates.
