Well, the weather outside is frightful
But inside, its just delightful
When the weather outside is cold
Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it Snow.

Yes - thats right folks - For the second time in two weeks, it is snowing in
Flagstaff AZ.

Sunny and warm here in the Seattle Metroplex. Although storms are
picking up in the carribean league. That may be normal, this time
o' year...

"Well that's the far west and the north east, so let's we've got a report
coming in from the Great Plains region, Peter?"

"Thank you, Fiona.

(A rather windblown reporter in the obligatory trenchcoat weilding the
ubiquitous microphone shown out in front of a rather neo-classical style
brick building)

"In the background you can see the Academic Building, constructed upon the
site of Old Main, the first building here on the Texas A & M Campus and I
believe I see, yes, folks, it is indeed Doctor Doom storming across the
academic plaza this afternoon.

(Peter turns)

"Excuse me, Mister, Doom, sir? Would you allow us a moment of your time?"

(The screen darkens, as though a cloud passed before the sun, as an ebony
cloaked individual appears in view of the camera, the figure's garb only
slightly rustling in the gale, scarlet glowing eyes peering with perceptable
annoyance at the reporter.)

"I have numerous projects en progress awaiting completion, Herr Woodward,
what necessitates this spontaneous and decidedly inconvenient audience?"

"Well, sir, could you tell us what the weather's been like here recently?

(Doom slightly raises his left hand which is closed tightly.
Peter clutches at his throat, as though being chocked.)

"I find this lack of observational capacity ... disturbing."

(Peter gags for a moment, and eventually collapses. Doom deftly captures
from Peter's grasp as the reporter falls past him.)

"It would appear that Herr Woodward was overcome with the enormity of it
all.

"Well, atmospheric moisture levels has been discomfortably elevated for
the last several days, although the actual temperatures have been
mercifully temperate by comparison. Perhaps you have noticed the wind,
which has been rather brisk for approximately a week. Such is the
weater, we return you to the station for further 'news.'"
