Does anyone know what's up with the new webpages? Everytime I try to
access them I get told that they're "not here yet". Is my systme gliched
or are they really still under construction?

http://lists.dumpshock.com/ is what you want. I suspect you were hitting
http://www.dumpshock.com/ which is not ready yet.
