Subject: Well, here's the problem with the deck...

I don't mind anyone designing the deck, but when I figured out the base cost
and design/build time, I came up with a construction cost of 1.12 million and
a street cost of 22.25 million, and a construction time of 34 years...

guess a MPCP 12 is a little high... Anybody have a better suggestion?

*Grins* Get a corp to do it? Let's face it, a research team would set the
construction time on its ear.....
