I'm a little confused, is Steph Lilith's and Lynch's daughter, or Lynch's
by someone else?

And on that topic, how fast does a were creature develop? At the same speed
as the animal, and the human body forms the equivalent state (i.e. with
regards to puberty, sexual maturity, etc.)? Or is the human form always
that of an adult? What have you been assuming, Paul? Steph's attitudes and
manner could be seen as those of a child, is that what we are supposed to
see?

I'm not saying :) It may be important later :)

She just... is. We figured she matured somewhat faster than a human,
though not as fast as a tiger - sort of intermediate. Partly that's
because we needed to fit everything into our timeline, partly because it
fitted our variant shapeshifter rules (PC shapeshifters are of a
different type to those in SR2 rules, making them rather less potent and
more challenging to play)
