Wowza! Has anybody written some smart programm to do such things as correct
formatting, time/date-stamping AND INCLUDING ENCRYPTION LINES automatically?
(In a roleplaying round, if Nightwing had forgotten the PRIVATE TO: line...

I know that Brian Rogers and I have both written perl scripts to
handle this kind of thing for you. Mine is available by checking
out
