Ok, the first batch of confirmation-related deletions just happened. The
lists have been DRASTICALLY reduced in size. ShadowRN went from ~220
subscribers down to 168. A good many of those that got deleted actually
bounced due to the fact that the user doesn't exist any more. ShadowTK
went down by about 30 also, and plot-d lost maybe a half-dozen.

Maybe the lists will improve speed a little bit, now.
