You know, it's really too bad that Solitaire is dead. With the Wyrm maybe
reappearing.... Well, I guess it falls upon Mercury this time....

(yep, I'm contemplating a way to make OS^2 and friends a little less happy
with my good-guy decker.....or maybe it's time for Maxim to temporarily re-
appear......we'll see.)

Sometimes running a megacorp with locations around the world and in orbit has
it's advantages. The reason that I destroyed the Org was that it was too
tempting to use it and make mega-characters(names some of you might remember
are Nephredana and Etsy) out of AJ and friends, and that would have destroyed
them. And the I found that Maxim was too much a temptation too, but I didn't
want to destroy it, so I put it in the hands of the quintisential ruthless,
driven, buisnesswoman with an attitude and a Napoleon complex. Anyone ever
hear of Thor? If you have, you know what I'm talking about(not the Asatru/
Nordic god).... And if you haven't, then you better start wondering what
Maxim has been doing in orbit that has turned an originally failing and
totally unprofitable manufacturing/fabrication facility into the fastest
growing orbital facility.

I think it's time for another news release.....

If you're game, I am, Bri. I haven't been able to post anything of mine
lately, but, _some_ of us have to keep this world's megacorps running.

*grins* You just love me, don't you, Angliss? *smirk* Soli never .was.
as good as she wanted to be....

Um, I don't think you _could_ make OS^2 unhappy with Mercury. As you said,
he's a good-guy decker. He'd have to hunt down the entire group.... :>

Actually, I never intended for Mercury to hunt OS^2 down or anything like that.
It's just that Mercury has some tricks that Solitaire never did. Being an
encryption expert(Solitaire) has some limitations that Mercury's specialization
doesn't have. But I'll worry about this MUCH later, as finals are coming up
and I'm graduating and don't have the time to worry too much about it.

Kinda like me leaving for 3 months and returning to pick up the peices....
