I regret that I have not been more involved in the plot that will lead to
the death of Caine, but I was almost permanently put out by an accident
over Labor Day weekend and have spent the better part of September in the
hospital. I promise to jump in with both feet. Brian, if you could
catch me up on what's been developd so far, I'd be much obliged.

Glad to have you back, Brian. I hope you're doing better now, and don't worry
about not being around. I'll forgive you(I know, a really tacky joke, but
talking about accidents makes me uncomfortable, since I know way too many
people who have been in them, and I've been in one too...).

Ms. V ran a run in Seattle that went off without a hitch. I had originally
intended to run Caine in it, but since you weren't here, I came up with a
second idea to get that going. I'll contact you personally about that.

Let's see.... Maxim Arms is having problems, since Solitaire(my decker) and
Collussus(the VP of Security for Maxim) have both died, one under very
mysterious circumstances, and the other was assassinated. Officially, no-one
knows who hired Deathstryke to do the hit, but it was Ms. V, aka Nicole
Macha Velli, the new VP of Corporate Security for Maxim Arms. Solitaire's
death is still a mystery to the list, although that will be explained in the
course of events.

There is a rather long course of events and posts waiting to be set into motion
and then the real time for Caine to appear will kick in, toward the end. But
I'll get into that privately.

Brian
