Greetings.

I'm not sure what possessed me to create another character but here
goes. A fixer who knew how to hire the Wanderer. The first job (which
you saw the Wanderer and him talking about) is now done. [I actually
needed a fixer, but until recently, I wasn't clear on what I was going
to have the fixer do.]

He was going to hire the Wanderer to investigate a murder and do some
payback afterwards but the Wanderer isn't available due to the fact
that he needs to get to Poland. Meanwhile, most of the other
characters mentioned in the Wanderer's post are also unavailable (I
cannot speak for Paul's character, Easy).

Since the Cardinal does not have a lot of information to go on, it will
take a resourceful individual (or team) to actually get to the bottom
of this one. Right now I'm still working out the details on this one.
I have some fragments, but not the whole thing out. Hopefully in the
next couple of days, I will have enough to get the ball rolling fully.

His lack of following up on the Wanderer's suggestions is because he
wants to do his own homework before contacting the suggested people.
