I figured I'd do this privately, and then figured this would be easier.

Brian, I need some of Caine's background so I can figure out how to fit
him into the plot.

I need some characters with corporate and government contacts besides Macros
(i've already got him included). Specifically, Ares and Saeder-Krupp, and
any government whatsoever. And I have Dark Angel included already too.

The only problem with the DNA idea regarding Dante is the description is
very wrong. Dante may have a highly malignant aura, but he is hardly
hulking. It is unlikely that Ice would care about running into this
kinda slimy, weasly caucasion that looks like any other ganger or wage slave.

The other problem is that he's not in Seattle at this moment, but in Miami
instead. Seattle is just a little too hot for him right now. He'll be back
in a couple of days, so we can put this into action, albiet in a modified
form, then. Just tell me why Ice would want to scan some random guy's DNA
who she just happened to scratch. If she does it all the time, then fine,
that's easy. But does she?

Also, I have a reason for my setting up Aztechnology vs. Maxim Arms. I hope
that the news releases will help reveal that as I put them out. I'll get
some more stuff out today.

Caine is an elven street sam. Generally, he's incredibly skilled in the
martial arts and does have a small arsenal. Born in UCAS, his mother
took him to FreeCal at an early age. But he was orphaned and taken in by
a group of of monks living in the northern part of FreeCal.

He spent seven years with a group called The Squad, based in Portland
until they were wiped out during a failed run. He is currently wanted in
Tir Tairngire by the Grand Poobah Toy Co., a subsidiary of a megacorp.
Which one, no one can say...

Contact-wise, his brother Able is a major in the UCAS military; however,
he IS stationed in Seattle, which doesn't say much for his career. Caine
may be able to contact his father in Milwaukee or his former fixer in
Portland, Angus. He has always been able to consider the monastery where
he grew up a bolthole and has used on more than one occasion.


If you need more than that, let me know.

If your interested, Irish has some pretty strong Ares contacts
ie. one of the heads of intelligence/security, also he spent
five years working for Ares security.
Irish is currently looking for a run, so if you could use him...
In addition, Irish & Cain have worked together before, & get
along very well (Cain's sense of honor tends to restrain Irish's
more viscious impulses).
