Found it, That post was an almost word for word recreation of a CT701 post
on the thirtieth of May this year, some minor changes (eg where the original
talks about Lynch not being invited to briefings because they're afraid
he'll track mud all over the place the new one says mud, blood and spent
brass.)
By and large however the body of the post is identical, including the after
action report (which doesn't look like it could be linked with the
Tinkerville post.)
