actually he does have an aura, be it not the norm it is an aura.
in fact on page 81 of cybertech they describe karma hazing, which makes
the the subject increasingly noticeable to astrally active individuals.
it makes his astral presence register as a black shadow, a polluted zone
to all who can sense it.
sooo.. targeting insent the problem.
i have a question, what if the target is grounded?
wouldnt the electricity just be drained, since all an EMP is is a sudden
magnetic wave which causes an overload in electronics.

just testing the waters.

How would you ground yourself while walking around all the time? That
would be different.

I think, or thought, that grounding was mostly bringing yourself to the same
free-electron rating as that which you are in contact with. Which is why
I wear the cool wristband when I am working inside someone else's machine
but not my own.

I had someone explain to me that a lightning bolt would, in and of itself,
have a magnetic harmonic (wave form, maybe) and that I could tweak out
the bolt to get the proper magnetic wave form I wanted. We couldnt do it
in the lab (not enough power, and the equipment is over in the other
building) but it seemed to work on paper.

The problem was shielding. No matter what we did, we couldnt break
shielding.

who said anything about walknig?;]
he isnt the brightest thing on two legs, he sometimes as with all
cyberzombies gets distracted and if you can keep his concentration he
MIGHT not react to what ever else is going on. however he isnt stupid
and he does know that with action there is always a reaction, so he will
be cautious with any new situation.
if he is on the ground and feels threatened he wont run but instead face
the danger not worring about cover and prepare more all posible attacks,
wich include using his foot anchors to brace himself for any crazy
adepts who like to kick people or mages who like to use lightning bolts.
he knows his weakness's and tries to prepare himself as best he can.
if i was going against someone like this personnaly i would try the EMP
idea but have a very big gun just in case.;]
look for a not so dirrect way to get at him, if all else fails just wait
a few months he is going to die on april 21st at 11:59 of cancer.

the giver and taker of life.
