I've been paid to take a look at Jason Lynch, Lilith DiAnnio, and "Farmer".
What's a decker going to find on these three anyway? (No comments on this
next bit please). The decker in question (Squatter) _is_ pretty fraggin
good.

These are heavily cut-down versions of the bios - there's a lot in there
that *no* decker would find, simply because it isn't in the Matrix. What
there is, I'm letting Squatter see.

If there seems like a lot, it's because we've been playing these PCs
since 1989 :) I'd suggest you edit this lot down, but I don't want to do
all the work for you.

Name: Jason Running Wolf Lynch
Known Aliases: James Lassiter, Christopher Mitchell, Andrew Prince
Sex: Male
Nationality: Dual (UCAS and Sioux)
Metaspecies/Race: Caucasoid Homo Sapiens Sapiens
Residence: Federal District of Columbia, UCAS
Height: 1.87 m
Weight: 84 kg
Eyes: Grey
Hair: Black (going grey)
Distinguishing Features: Severe scarring covering most of left arm, used
to lend relief to a dramatic dragon tattoo
Birthdate: July 4, 2025
Birthplace: Seattle, UCAS
Psychological Profile: Professional soldier. Has never been known to
break his word, has never been known to forgive betrayal.
Known Allergies: None

Background:
Born to a Sioux-blooded UCAS Marine (hence his dual citizenship) and an
Ares mid-rank executive, Lynch lost first his father at eleven (missing
in action, circumstances classified) and his mother at fourteen (she was
kidnapped off the street in front of him: Lynch needed a new lung after
being shot through the chest as he tried to save her).

Began his career as a mercenary at the age of fourteen, and more by luck
than skill survived a few ghastly assignments including his first, an
"enemy battalion" in the first Desert War. However, with survival came
experience, and he became sufficiently respected that when Ares needed
victims - sorry, experimental subjects - for the then-newly developed
Wired Reflexes II system in 2044, Lynch was willing to try it.

He was one of the 60% who survived the operations in a functional state:
implantation of this experimental hardware then was not all it is now.
Now, he was one of the fastest individuals alive, and Ares contracted
him to work for their Security Division.

In 2049, his contract expired and security work losing its gloss, Lynch
tried his hand at shadowrunning. He soon earned a reputation... whether
it was a good or bad one is open to question. A series of assassination
attempts in 2051 led to the first of several attempts to retire.
However, it appeared that whoever had targeted him wanted him dead, not
retired, and so a return to the shadows was almost essential for
survival.

The second attempt to retire was in 2054, when he brielfly accepted an
instructor's post with Lone Star-Seattle. A clash with several 'rogue
elements' left him jobless, though owed a number of favours by LS
Internal Affairs. His third attempt to put the shadows behind him has so
far been fairly successful, as he made contact with the FBI in a matter
of 'extreme sensitivity' concerning a popular cult and ended up being
offered a post there: hence, his move to DC. Officially, he consults on
air defence suppression and corporate warfare. Unofficially, he's a
field agent for the Strategic Intelligence Gathering Agency.

Skills: Lynch remains a formidable opponent in most forms of ground
combat - from hand-to-hand to artillery - and a skilled pilot able to
fly rotary or fixed-wing aircraft, excelling at high-speed, low-level
penetration missions and in defence suppression. He's also said to be a
very competent paramedic.

>>>>>[There used to be a saying in Seattle, "If you need it done
quiet,
don't hire Lynch. If you need it done, hire Lynch. Still true now. If
you run into him, or worse, get teamed with him, wear your Kevlar
underpants because you're gonna get a ringside seat at a bulletfest. He
tends to end up on those 'extreme prejudice' missions.]<<<<<

>>>>>[One of those guys who ought to have "Bad Mother Fucker"
tattooed
on his forehead. The worst of it is, like a lot of his type, you'll
never see him copping a 'tude or showing off. Just a greying old guy in
a ratty leather jacket and those damn black aviator shades he never
takes off. Try to start a fight with him, he agrees you're right and
walks away. Kind of frustrating after a while.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Just a combat grunt, although a very competent one. Heavily
cybered and biowared, much of it custom-grade. Good at what he does,
which is killing people and breaking things. And extracting team-mates
from the jaws of death. Fenris, you're lucky he keeps walking away. I've
seen him get really, really angry about three times. That was two times
too many.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Don't confuse 'knows his limits' with 'stupid', though. One thing
Lynch seems to have learned and learned well: choose your team-mates
well, and know when to retreat and call for backup. All right, that's
two things. So sue me.]<<<<<

Name: Lilith DiAnnio
Aliases: None known (streetname "(The) Lady" often used)
Sex: Female
Nationality: Dual (UCAS and Sioux)
Metaspecies/Race: Caucasoid Homo Sapiens Sapiens/Panthera Pardus Sapiens
(Leopard shapeshifter)
Residence: Federal District of Columbia, UCAS
Height: 1.80 m
Weight: 89 kg
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Dark red
Distinguishing Features: None known
Birthdate: April 1, 2030
Birthplace: New York City, UCAS
Education: MA in Oriental Studies. Ph.D in History of the Occult and
Paranormal (thesis title: Commonality and Disparity in Worldwide Myth)
Psychological Profile: Unknown
Known Allergies: Silver

Background: There is a gaping hole in Lilith's life. Until 2044 she was
a wealthy, privileged child in New York. Then she simply disappeared
without trace. Six years later the razorgirl known as "The Lady appeared
in Seattle and carved herself a deadly reputation as a samurai with
close connections to several Yakuza clans, and also as a rigger of some
skill.

Three years later, a clear marker: she accepted a commission as a pilot
in the Seattle Metroplex Guard, which is where it was finally possible
to find what had happened to Lilith DiAnnio. The gap in her life is
covered by a memo from David Coppinger, director of SIGA: the memo
itself is not on file.

Lieutenant DiAnnio's flying talents were recognised quickly, and she
transferred to the UCAS Air Force Reserve, and moved to the Joint Air
Training Command at Patuxent River. Acting as an instructor for
dissimilar air combat training (DACT), she also trained as a test pilot:
this, in 2056, led to her hospitalisation with severe spinal injuries
after an experimental aircraft she was flying crashed.

The Board of Inquiry discovered sabotage to be the cause, and dictated
that she return to flight status as soon as she was cleared fit. Her
latest medical report states that she is fit for occasional flying,
though not for regular high-intensity manoevering combat. The prognosis
is excellent, though recovery is complicated by the lack of medical data
on shapeshifters and difficulties in applying either magical or
cybernetic healing. She is currently retained by the Strategic
Intelligence Gathering Agency as a consulting expert on military
aviation.

Her sketchy background raises as many questions as it answers.

Skills: Lilith DiAnnio is an extraordinarily skilled pilot, and very
capable in most forms of combat. A small body of only moderately
classified work exists which appears to relate to her experience, citing
the higher G-tolerance and excellent situational awareness of predatory
shapeshifters in a pilot role. As an aside, her name appears among the
list of ninth-ryu kenjutsai: evidently she's a swordswoman of some
skill.

>>>>>[I've flown against her three times, all at Fallon. I've heard she
can be beaten, I've just never either done it, seen it done, or met
anyone who did it. Even the second time, when I bounced her coming off
the targets on the Canyon, I felt out of control of the engagement even
while I was coming down high on her five. She shook me loose, snapped in
behind me and killed me like I was a wetnose rookie. Even after the
debrief I wasn't sure how she did it.]<<<<<

>>>>>[A warning about shapeshifters. Some assume they're animals in
human form, or people who can look like wolves for a while. This is not
true. A very good friend is a werewolf, and he is neither wolf nor man.
He has the best - and some of the worst - of both. Even as a man, he has
the wolf's stealth, strength and senses. Even as a wolf, he has the
man's wit and sense. Anyone planning to deal with a shapeshifter should
remember that they are not like us.]<<<<<
-Zinger (18:41:24/2-4-57)

>>>>>[The Lady is one scary chica. She's not a psycho, at least she
doesn't kill for fun, but I seen her blow dudes away without blinking,
cause she wanted answers and one guy sez "I'd sooner die!" So this
superbabe samurai he's dissing sez "Okay" and <BLAM>! you know, brains
on the wall for that dumb fragger. His bros - including me - got real
talkative, though. Guess it worked. You saw in her eyes, she didn't like
killing, didn't hate it, she was just mildly pissed at having to use the
ammo.]<<<<<
-Sipper (23:56:38/13-4-57)

and I don't ask any more.]<<<<<
