Ok here's my idea.

There will a post by a news service saying that Rathor (I need the company
name) has 47.5% and Riglia has 47.5% of stock in Farrletn The report
will also say that Natasha O'Gradie (Flute) owns 5%. From there

Somebody calls a voters meeting and Rathor and Zactof in place of Flute
vote Mr. Riglia out of a job. This clears the way for Riglia to go
under ground in London and ShadowPriest and Sneakthief go hunbting
Riglia. The final write up has the spirit of Kovak coming back to
finish Riglia.

Is the part with Kovak possible at all?

Okay, voting Riglia out is one thing, and is perfectly fine (I think we
can all agree on that). And having people hunt him down (despite
warnings from VoodooBilly Man/Baron Samedi [which is just a monkey
wrench anyway]) is fine too. But...

KOVAK RISING FROM THE DEAD?!?!?!?!?!

Sorry, but I think you may have fallen off your rocker. It's one thing
to have AIs and strange types of characters (like friggin' spike babies)
or such, but having Kovak's spirit rise from his grave to take care of
Riglia? SURVEY SAYS?!?! BZZZZZZZZTTTT!!!! I'm sorry, that isn't one of
the answers on the board. Judges?!? I'm so sorry, but our judges say no.
Please come back soon, we have some lovely parting gifts for you.

Sorry if this is too caustic, but I've never really had a problem with a
plot until now, and it's because I really see it as just too far out.

Olorin doesn't need to raise it...his child has been hurt..he has been known
to be very willful...there should be no debate on this issue. You go ahead
and use him...he should still exist as a ghost/spectre anyway because of the
violent nature of his death.
