Subject:	Formatting Guidelines.

This list is now set to require approval for all new subscriptions, and
I've instuted a policy regarding formatting violations as follows:

1) First infraction - Warning.
2) Second infraction - Removal from the list. May rejoin immediately.
3) Repeated infractions - Removal from the list. May not rejoin for one
week.

In practice, it'll be a bit more easygoing than this, but you get the
idea. I am sick and tired of repeat offenders who have been warned over
and over and OVER continually violating the formatting guidelines. This
policy will remain in affect until I am no longer grumpy.

Just to clarify the subscription approvals: I will be approving most
anyone that attempts to subscribe to the list, but I have to turn it on
in order to screen out subscription requests by people who are suspended.
We're not turning into an invite only club by any means, and everyone is
still welcome to participate -- provided that they can follow the rules.
