Assuming you're talking about the upcoming proxy war for control of
Farrleton's board, I have only a brief comment or two:
1st) If anyone were actually able to lay hands on that much of the
stock, then not only is it practically worthless, the company can't be
very big. It would be more believable if it went along the lines of:
15-30% Owned by Riglia (?), the nasty CEO guy, OR proxied directly to
him.
25-35% Assured to vote in his favor, either in person or by proxy.
15-40% Owned by Rathor OR proxied directly to him (which I can arrange
to have done through Nightbroker, for a small fee ;>)
0-20% Non-voting stockholders, or abstentions. (Remember you need a
majority)
5% or less Owned by Flute, depending on what kind of sneaky tricks
Riglia has played
The reason for this suggestion is that it would be nearly impossible
to purchase the stock out of mutual fund holdings or private Granny &
Gramps investors. These individuals MIGHT be persuaded to sell if the
price were right, and MIGHT be persuaded to sell proxy.
Of course, they could show up at the meeting, too.
2nd) Hmm. Guess I don't really have a 2nd point. So that's all.
