All right... so far I have the following people for the Genetek run:

Necromancer <shilberg@********.UNI.UIUC.EDU>
Durandal <musumeci@***.LIS.UIUC.EDU>
And my crew, Chance & Co... including
Chance
Coyote
Blaze
Widow
Rox

Is anybody else interested in helping out? Eric, can I assume that Laurissa
still wants in on this? (remember our subplot?) What about Boris and Semetex?

I'm looking for a target date of the run on Thurs night... if not sooner...
like I said, things are gonna move fast, so we had better get ready...

Neato little plot thing coming up... Chance & Widow are gonna have a fight
tomorrow, and are going to kiss and make out (er... make UP heh heh) on
Monday... bring those two together like You all know Ive been wanting to do...

That's the current status... I will send the first plot summary to my members
tomorrow...

Laurissa is up. Boris is somewhere in the CONUS and is available as a
villian as needed. Semetex was in DC this morning, he's probably out
of the country by now.

Yeah, if it's in town. I just ran a diagnostic and my deck's up to 78%
operating capacity, so as long as I don't hafta fight anyone in the matrix I'll
do ok. Also might be able ta' come up with some magickal support and the like,
but my specialty's in physical penetration and stealth.
Tell Widow I gotta friend with the Bear Doctor society who wantsta
check her aura out, make sure she's ok, y'know?

Hey there shadowfire, I got your message, and added you to my Genetek mailing
list... you'll be getting a message about the plot soon... tomorrow morning...
it'll give the rundown of what is going on and what's gonna happen... but I
have to put it together first... i don't have much time and need to use it to
the best of my ability... I have a show coming up in a couple weeks...
fortuantely I don't need to decide where to send this threadm as I already
have it planned...

Oh well... I'm pretty much ou of time for tonight... currently Chance & Co...
(including Laurissa) are sitting and planning in the apartment... they will
make their move before too long... catch the update tomorrow morning or so...
I'll post it around 10:30 or so...

Well Solonus... there IS still time for you toget in on this run on Genetek...
although it is going very fast and will be done by Friday night at the
absolute latest (I'm shooting for Thursday Night).

If you do not let me know that you are in, you will not be. I will begin
writing up the run logs tonight and clear them with you all... and we'll slate
the run for Thursday night right now, okay?

I'll add your name to the mailing list for plot stuff, Solonus. Welcome
aboard.

Anyway, guys, what do you think of my posts so far? Am I setting it up well?
Do you think it'll be a successful run? Do I have a snowball's chance of
pulling off a good story here?

You most definitely are, but keep in mind that Necromancer is not on good terms
with Solonus....he might accidentally slip and activate that two-step laser
just as he is walking though it....oops.

Yeah, I was kinda thinkin' the same thing... who was he trashing? Was he
telling Jack that he was meat, or was it somebody else? Does he understand
that Jack isn't completely in his right mind?

The only connection I see is that Johnathan Harker was a character in Bram
Stoker's Dracula (am I right here? That seems right) What connection does this
have to Genetek? I didn't put it in (or authorize it). As long as it isn't
anything serious, I don't mind... but I think its caught us all by suprise...

Could the one responsible contact me and tell me what he was thinking? Thank

Harker, Jonathan, is my character. He's one of mine. He has this dislike
for corporations in general (go read his plot, too), and is NOT pleased wit
the kind of crap Jack and Panthra put out. He is more after Panthra than
Jack.
