It is...when a person was expecting a few others...but anyways, any character
who knows Sperethiel will THINK they recognize some of the words of what I
will post, and they may be correct in some instances...so after I post it
then if several characters want to say "Huh? What was that? I only
recognized (insert made up word[s] here)."

Heck - Seraphy isn't even a "character" - he's a commentator and a plot
device.

Yeah, Dan it does...it tells me everyone thinks they are extremely
powerful...but remeber this is role-playing...and if you give any character
(including 4th worlders) a good background, and play it the right way you can
have a balanced character...

BTW...in the near future I will post the rules for the Path of the Magi here,
since several characters of mine are part of it...I did post it to RN; but I
didn't get any feedback...
