Who wants to tell Tarkis that the killer of his brother (Kovak) is dead.
Wouldn;t be very smart, but if you want a crazed maniac coming after you
for thinking that you are hiding his brothers killer from him. Then go
ahead and tell Tarkis Kovak's killer is dead.

If you can find a way for Kor to find out that they are both dead (Kovak
and the killer of said) I would be more than happy to do so.

I have a couple of spells I designed for a speed freak friend of mine
that I think Tarkis would love to feel the effects of.

Hehe, well is wasn't that hard for your character to see it. There was a
whole run on it, and then there was Kovak's Will. Which is how Tarkis
found out the death, cause Tarkis was in a coma while the death of his
bro happened.

Um, exactly what happened to Kovak?

According to SRII, p. 224, "Some (spectres) act as protective spirits
that watch over family members or descendants."
If it's not too objectionable, you might have his spirit appear
when his daughter is in deep drek.
Like now.
and no, he wouldn't have appeared earlier, because there was no
reason to assume anything was amiss.
have a nurse come into her room and see a translucent form standing
over her. Or something like that.
