Just a quickie, would those who have mages of /power/ on the list please
contact me off-list.
By mages of power, I mean powerful mages, not your average runner, but
the guys who are seriously into the land levelling capabilities of
magic. The types who have been around long enough to have acquired the
ability to be "one" with the astral, that are in tune with that which
gives them their power that they would notice something occuring within
it.
For the rest of the guys and gals here - don't panic, this won't majorly
affect much of anything, and no intrinsic side effects can be expected
to manifest in Seattle (or anywhere else). This is a beginning to an
explanation of something. <g>
