Ok folks i introd a new Char, I don't know if anyone has claimed the
name of "Homer" yet, if not then it's mine! Else, wellllllll lemme know
if it's been used lately.

lil bkgd: Homer, human, decker. Persona is a short, pudgy man, with a
bright orange hat and apron, covering a flanel shirt, and jeans.
Charastically has a large nose, and chants "Gimme an H" when fighting.
Weapons in the matrix, hammer, nails, screwdriver, and the ultimate
BOSCH 2000 Mutli-socket Power Wrench!
