In case anyone cares even a little, Ice and NZM are the same elf, he is not
a shapeshifter, but in fact a mage with a couple of locked Shapechange II
spells (domestic cat form, and siberian tiger form).

Shapechange II is one of the "unique spells of his own devising", a normal
shapechange, with the addition that it preserves cyberware in a functioning
form during the transformation, as well as such things as tattoos (the
importance of which will later become evident).

Other unique spells include Ice Prison (like the missile ability of
Sub-zero (from Mortal Kombat, that is, not The Running Man), a sustained
manipulation that mimics the effects of the critter power engulfing), and
Ice Bolt (what he used to take down the shotgun-armed ganger in the bar).
