Hello again, everyone.

Some of your remember, some of you don't. Either way, it's unimportant. As
you can probably tell from my post, I'm back after several major life
hurtles. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute to the list again. Right
now, I need to catch up on what's happened in the STk world.

ps: Speaking of Paul borrowing from popular media (re: David Coppinger), I
was reminded of his Casino heist way back when as I watched the new "Oceans
11".

Sorry for the delay in replying...

Actually, the casino heist was inspired by Michael Mann's "Heat". Don't
worry about _evading_ the police, outgun and outshoot the beat cops who
respond; and break contact by the time the Heavy Mob (SWAT teams et al)
arrive.

Lynch was always a believer in "don't fuck about trying not to be
detected. Assume they detect you crossing the perimeter. So deal with
the on-site security, get what you came for, and be gone and out of
hot-pursuit range before the on-site team recover or the backup
arrives." Not _exactly_ shadowy, but with the assumption that raiding
teams will prefer stealth to speed it was effective.
