Ok, as a not-so-very-humble request here, I would like various individuals to
post some stuff regarding a very strange mana spike that occured in Germany
recently. I'll tie it in with the other stuff that's going on myself, but I
want various spins from whatever mages and shamans/avatars are in Europe now,
or would have some means to notice it. And a news brief would be nice, but my
only newsie(Charlie Fingers) doesn't do European news unless it has some
bearing on North American news. Go nuts, and here's the background.

Yesterday, the 22rd of Feb., at about 3:30 PM local time an unusual mana spike
occured in the Troll Kingdom of the Black Forest in Southern Germany for an
unknown reason. The local mana level rose and fell within 3 hours(peaking at
3:30), drawing all kinds of paranormals and free spirits. It was localized to
within a 10 km area, and the background count seems to be falling gradually to
previous levels. Local magicians experienced various weird effects from spells
backfiring and not working at all to them becoming uncontrolled and dangerous.
Several fires(magical in origin) were reported and around 20 injuries were
reported to the Kingdom authorities. The cause is currently unknown.

Have fun with this. Feel free to embellish it in any way you want, and don't
worry about inconsistancies between individual reports. It's not that
important. Thanks a lot.

Briann
