Do I have to register new characters or not? I am hearing a few
different things from different people. Can someone say for sure one way or
the other, please? Thanks.

No, you really don't have to. That's just for the TK Cast List which
used to be put out once a month. When you registered your characters,
they'd show up on that list so that everyone knew who had what so there
was no duplication of characters. It also gave background so that others
on TK could understand characters' abilities and give insights into their
personality. That clear it up for you?

Yeah, I think that will clear it up. I'll send some info to Robert Hayden
