Still, Scourge is missing, and none of the parties that I would feel even
remotely comfortable with having him in their hands, have mentioned
anything. Granted my level of comfort isn't what I would call high to
begin with.

I take it by your statement that it wasn't Serenity or JICES. I'm kind of
surprised that JICES hasn't mentioned it to Serenity. Perhaps you should
officially contact JICES and politely inquire as to Scourge's current
location. Probably won't get an answer you like, but unlike me, you can
actually officially inquire due to contract junk. ]<<<<<
