I don't think that the TO: Shadowland is neccessary. The list is a
reflection of such a node, which indicates that any mail sent to the
list would propagate through to the primary Shadowland nodes. A simple
open post (without the header PRIVATE/TO/NOT TO would be fine)

Also, I think we're in 2059 - though that may be me jumping the gun a
bit - someone clear this one for me please. :) For some reason I
actually can't remember.
